Customer Satisfaction and Refund Policy
At our company, your satisfaction is our top priority. We dedicate the highest level of care and attention to ensure that your order is delivered perfectly. Given the nature of highly perishable products, we are committed to addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and efficiently. Our customer service team is trained to handle issues on the spot and will take appropriate action to resolve any problems you may encounter.
Refund Policy:
- Cancellation 5 Days Before Delivery: Customers are eligible for a full refund, minus a service charge of US$15 or 10% of the total payment, whichever is greater.
- Cancellation 3 Days Before Delivery: Customers will receive a 50% refund of the total amount.
- Cancellation Less Than 3 Days Before Delivery: No refund will be issued.
Return and Replacement Policy:
- If you are dissatisfied with your item for a valid reason, you may request a replacement if the recipient returns the item within 3 working days. Please note that refunds are not available.
- To qualify for a replacement, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive:
- Faulty items
- Items damaged in transit
Please be aware that items cannot be exchanged for other items.
